Who we are
A clearance and waste company built for sensitive work
Anchor Group Solutions Ltd handles clearance and waste removal across Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds, for householders, landlords and letting agents, and alongside the NHS, Social Services and housing associations on jobs that need discretion as much as they need a van.
We clear whole properties and single rooms, take away household, garden and commercial waste under our own carrier licence, declutter at the pace the household can manage, and clean afterwards so the place is ready to hand over, let or sell.
Formerly trading as J.S. Movers UK Ltd, we still move people and still offer storage. What changed is everything that happens after the van leaves: a property left clear, clean, compliant and documented.

All our servicesClearance, waste and decluttering are the work we are asked for most, and the three services below carry the bulk of it. Cleaning, removals and specialist jobs sit alongside them, all run by the same team.
House Clearance
Full or part clearances for homes, estates and landlords, including probate and bereavement work handled with care.
Waste Removal
Licensed collection and disposal of household, garden, commercial and construction waste, separated and recycled properly.
House Decluttering
Room by room decluttering at your own pace, including patient support for hoarding, with everything sorted, donated or disposed of.

Some clearances are not really about the van. Losing someone, or helping a relative who cannot face a room any more, asks for patience and discretion before anything else.
We work at the family's pace, set aside anything that might matter and check before it goes, and keep the same DBS-checked team on the job from the first visit to the final clean. It is the work Social Services and housing associations ask us for most often, and the work we take most seriously.
